SHOW HIRE:
Clubs and or Companies/other entities which hire Stonewall must have public liability insurance in place and have Stonewall noted on their policy. A copy of the Certificate of currency to be emailed to Stonewall Equestrian: info@stonewallequestrian.com.au
First Aid/Paramedics must be paid for by the Club/Hirer and must be in attendance before any competition starts and stay until competition has ended.

STABLES & CAMPING:
Stables & camping will be handled directly by Stonewall Equestrian using www.globalentriesonline.com.au as their booking platform.

Costs:
$ 35 per box per day for day stay plus 2 x bags of shavings @ $ 15 each.
$ 35 per box per night plus 4 bags of shavings @ $ 15 each.
$ 75 Cleaning bond per stable. Stables must be cleaned & swept out with no urine left on the floor.
$ 35 per powered camping site
** All trade sites will incur a cost of $ 35 from Stonewall which includes power. The invoice for the trade sites will go to the OC of the show so please make sure that you add it onto the cost of the trade stands.

WEATHER CANCELLATIONS:
Stonewall management has the right to cancel any event/training day due to unforeseen weather events. There will be no cancellation fees. Stonewall Equestrian will not be held liable for any costs incurred by the hirer for loss of income or fees incurred by themselves or outside contractors due to weather cancellations.
No PA announcements before 7.30 week days and 8 am weekends.

HIRE FEES – SHOW AND CLUB DAYS:
Toilets: There will be an amenities fee per day of $ 750 charged for the use and cleaning of the toilet & shower blocks.
There are no toilets available down at the main arena and we strongly advise that you hire some for your event if you are using this arena. Our preferred contractor is Absoloo – Tel: (02) 4915-8444 and email: info@absoloohire.com.au

All breakages to be added to the hire fee. Breakages billed at the cost of repairs. Breakages included but not limited to jumping equipment, dressage arenas, fencing, plant, equipment, stables & infrastructure.
Any excessive garbage will be charged at a skip bin rate of $ 300 per skip bin.

The grounds are expected to be left clean and tidy. A cleaning fee of $ 75 per hour will apply if there is more than a normal amount of clean up.

Hire of gear and equipment – Gear & Equipment returned dirty will incur a cleaning fee of $ 75 per hour.

DRESSAGE ARENA HIRE:
$ 550 per dressage arena per day plus breakages. Includes arena set up (ie – we will set up the arenas on the areas marked out by the club) The club will need to mark out 60m x 20m accurately for all the arenas. To be marked out by either tape or string line. NO MARKINGS ON THE SANDSTONE. Cleaning fee and fine will apply for any permanent marks on the structure of Stonewall.

The club will also need to mark out where they require any barriers Arena dividers are $ 5 per panel and the picket fencing is also $ 5 per panel including erection.
